A Quick Shaolin Wing Chun History!

 

In the Southern Shaolin Temple, approximately 350 years ago, the monks with the influence of military men created a system based on the science of time, space and energy. This system is designed to counter all other styles using structural science to a maximum level of efficiency and is not just based on strength and speed. This system is not only a combat system but also a system designed to empower the practitioner with methods and concepts of self-improvement in every aspect of his/her life. Through revolutionary times, this system has been field tested and proven time and time again. For generations, the complete system has been preserved, only to be taught to a select few. For the first time, this shaolin system is being offered to the public.

 

 
 
 
Shaolin Wing Chun is a complete self defense system unique unto itself. The beauty of the system is its simplicity, efficiency and effectiveness. Using positioning, timing and energy flow, a Shaolin Wing Chun practitioner can successfully defend himself/herself against a larger opponent. The value of the system is in the knowledge of how to deal with energy and its application to all of aspects of one's daily life.

Our program is based on self and universal awareness! Solid answers to who am I? What is expected of me? Why do others expect this of me? What steps do I take to accomplish my goals?

Based on timeless wisdoms and philosophies, our program can be tailor made for each student. You will find that results can be noticed after only a few classes. After only two classes each student will be able to demonstrate physically focus, discipline, and respect! These are three of he five key life skills. Our approach is through the understanding that as the body develops the mind takes strides and soon the character blossoms.
